I’ve always loved the colorful market baskets sold at certain expensive stores for way more money than I can justify spending, but I recently realized that I could make my own using the same technique as the coiled fabric bowls.

Literally about to jump in the car and drive to California, but here’s a post to keep you all entertained while I’m on the road.
When Jason designed my fleur de logo, I knew it would be perfect on a shirt! I had just enough jersey left over from my dress to make a tee. I did a reverse applique, which was fun and challenging, especially since this was the first time I’d ever tried the technique.

Since the first rainbow bowls I made were so popular I decided to make some more. The practice has made me faster and more familiar with the technique. I’ll be selling these at the April Freret Market and in my Etsy shop, and I thought I’d post the individual bowls here too.
